Front Office Agent

About the job:

As a Front Office Agent, you will oversee the daily operations of our hotel. You will be the key link in ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests. Working closely with the team, you will maintain a high service standard and anticipate guest needs. You will be actively present on the floor, motivating and inspiring your colleagues while also assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Daily supervision of the Front Office and Housekeeping teams;
• Inspecting rooms and public areas for cleanliness and presentation;
• Acting as the main point of contact for colleagues, suppliers, and guests;
• Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with proper administrative handling;
• Maintaining a high level of service to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Job Requirements:

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (e.g., a degree in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or Leisure Management);
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (a third language such as Papiamentu, Spanish, or German is a plus);
• Flexible regarding working hours and workload (available for evening shifts, public holidays, and alternating weekends);
• Ability to stay organized, even in high-pressure situations;
• Hospitality and top-tier service are second nature to you!
