Our Superior King Room (max 3 persons), Deluxe King Room (max 3 persons), and Family King Room (max 5 persons) are suitable to place an extra bed at an extra charge of $30.- per night.
Our Suites have a pullout sofa in the living room area that can accommodate 2 people, bringing the maximum capacity to 4 people. It is not possible to place an extra bed in the bedroom of our Suites.
Yes, we can provide a baby crib. The cost is $30.- for your stay.
From our Sunset Suites you will have a partial sea view.
Receiving a refund depends on your type of booking and at what time you cancel. Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a refund with a non-refundable booking. With a refundable booking, you will receive a refund if you notify us of your cancellation 8 days or more before the start of your reservation.
You can modify your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date. If your check-in date is in less than 7 days costs may be incurred.
If the reservation has been made through a travel agency or other web page, you must contact them in order to request any modification you may need.
By choosing a non-refundable rate you benefit from a discount. The total amount of this reservation must be paid in advance. This rate does not allow changes, modifications or refunds.

We also host groups at our hotel. Since we only have 36 rooms, payment must be made in full and in advance to confirm the reservation.
Yes. Note that we are obligated to cancel your reservation if we do not receive a credit card as a guarantee.
Please be aware that the charged credit card needs to be presented at check in. If you cannot present a valid credit card at check-in, unfortunately options such as placing your receipts on room will be forfeited.

Bayside Boutique Hotel has free parking.
Centrally located on the island, Bayside Boutique Hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Hato International Airport. The Front Desk team will provide you with a warm welcome on arrival.

Directions by car
If you have rented a car at the airport, it is only a 15 minute drive to Bayside Boutique Hotel.
- When leaving the airport, turn right onto the main road.
- Drive straight on until you approach a roundabout. Here, take the second exit.
- Drive straight on to second roundabout Take the second exit and continue straight on. Keep in the right lane.
- Turn right at the traffics lights. Drive straight on for about 1 kilometer. Take the fourth left to Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort. You will also see signs that say “Blue Bay” or “Blauwbaai”.
- At the gate, mention that you are a guest of the Bayside Boutique Hotel. The security will let you through. Drive straight on and follow the signs for “Blue Bay Beach”. It is the third right.
- Here you will drive down to the beach. On your left you will see our hotel: a yellow building with stately stairs. You can park for free.

An early check-in is possible based on occupancy for an additional fee of $25.-
If you let us know your estimated time of arrival, we will always do our utmost to have your room ready at the time of arrival. Should your room not be ready, you can leave your luggage in our luggage room and make use of our complimentary beach passes and towels.
Our team can assist you with a taxi transfer to the hotel. A taxi from the airport costs approximately $30.-. Let us know your name, date of pick-up, estimated time of arrival, flight number, amount of persons and bags, e-mail address and phone number.
On your arrival at Hato Airport, you will receive an e-mail with further information about your transfer, such as the license plate number and your driver’s name. So it’s always wise to connect to the free WiFi at the airport.
All guests, including children, must be registered with their passports. A signed registration form agreeing to our in-house rules is required, and a valid credit card on file is mandatory. Guests without a credit card must pay a refundable deposit of $250.-.
In the hotel
Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old. If you are underaged and you are not accompanied by someone 18 or older, Bayside Boutique Hotel reserves the right to deny you staying at the hotel.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas, not in the rooms.
Bayside Boutique Hotel is a small hotel where everyone is welcome. However, we do not have adapted rooms for wheelchair users and it is sometimes difficult to reach the rooms due to the stairs. There is no elevator.

All rooms are equipped with a safe.
We have European outlets, 220v. Adapters are available at the Front Desk on request.
We work together with an external laundry service for our guests. You may drop off your laundry at the Front Desk and the laundry service will deliver it back either that same evening or the next morning. Payment for laundry service is in cash. Prices start at $20.- for one kilo.
When you book directly with us, you will receive a complimentary Continental breakfast during your stay at Bayside Boutique Hotel.
We do not offer half or full board.
As guests at Bayside Boutique Hotel, you will receive free entrance to Blue Bay Beach including sun beds. We do not offer day passes for the general public.
All rooms are equipped with a safe.
All our rooms have walk in showers. Only our Sunset Suites offer a bath as well as a walk in shower.
Our Classic King Rooms and Superior King Rooms do not offer outdoor seating.
Our Deluxe King Rooms offer outdoor seating to our patio area. There are four Deluxe King Rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool.
The Sunset Suites have a balcony.
All our rooms offer a fridge, sink and tea/coffee making facilities. Only our Sunset Suites offer cooking facilities. There is no mini-bar. Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Yes, we can offer you 50% discount on 18 holes. Once you have a tee time, we can provide you with a voucher which you hand in at the golf club.
Yes, Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort has two hard courts. These are currently free to use on availability.
We kindly ask our guests to announce their departure at the Front Desk where you can settle your outstanding bill.
Upon check-out, we would like to receive back:
- Room key(s)
- Towel cards or beach towels (placed in your room at arrival)
- Hotel card (placed in your room upon arrival)
- Any borrowed items such as adapters
Our Front Desk opens at 7 AM. If you have to leave our hotel before that, please notify our team member at the Front Desk one day in advance.
If you have to leave before your check-out date due to any circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot give you a refund for the remaining nights.
A late check-out is possible based on occupancy. We have two options for a late check-out:
A late check-out at 2PM will cost you $25.-.
A late check-out at 4PM will cost you $50.-.
Yes, we have a luggage room where you can store your luggage for free between 7 AM and 9 PM. It is not possible to store your luggage overnight.
