1. Bayside Restaurant
Our own restaurant, located in the heart of Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort, offers a perfect blend of French & Caribbean flavors and breathtaking views. This eatery serves up a diverse menu featuring fresh local food, grilled specialties, and international favorites. 2. Restaurant Coast
At Coast, you can enjoy your meal with your feet in the sand while gazing out over the crystal-clear waters of Blue Bay. This beachfront gem, right next to Bayside Boutique Hotel offers the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable day or night. Restaurant Coast is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
3. Brass Boer
Brass Boer is a culinary gem, just a 1-minute walk from our hotel. Jonnie and Thérèse Boer, of the Michelin-starred De Librije in Zwolle, brought their kitchen to the end of the Blue Bay pier. Caribbean ingredients, Dutch fine-dining technique and water on three sides. Lunch is daily and relaxed; dinner, Wednesday to Sunday, is the occasion. Book well ahead in high season.
4. Bij Betty’s
The restaurant many of our guests still know as Restaurant X has a new name and new owners: Bij Betty’s. The setting is unchanged: a quiet, green courtyard behind the old Klein Sint Michiel plantation house, with a mural by Curaçao artist Jesso John Sling on the wall. The kitchen is international with Mediterranean and Asian touches, open seven days a week from lunch through to dinner. 5 minutes from Blue Bay.
5. JFK Steakhouse
New for 2026, and the island’s first proper American steakhouse. Premium cuts, a serious wine list and the polish you would expect from the Marriott’s rebuilt dining line-up. Worth the ten-minute drive when only a well-aged ribeye will do.
6. Haven Curaçao
The most talked-about opening of 2026. Haven is a rooftop restaurant, lounge and cocktail bar in the West End building, looking straight out over the Sint Annabaai and the Handelskade. The kitchen is contemporary with Japanese and Middle Eastern leanings — sushi, poke, red snapper, risotto — and the room slides from lunch into cocktails and a dance floor as the evening goes on. Thursdays and Fridays run until two in the morning.7. Gouverneur de Rouville
A first-floor veranda in a restored eighteenth-century mansion in Otrobanda, with what is probably the most photographed view on Curaçao: the full length of the Handelskade in colour across the water. Caribbean and international cooking, open from nine in the morning until late. Come for the view, stay for the ribs.8. Florès Otrobanda
Florès sits in the cobbled courtyards of Kurá Hulanda Village in Otrobanda, and does the whole day: espresso and a croissant on the terrace in the morning, something sweet in the afternoon, then wine, cocktails and a full European kitchen at night. Live music Thursday to Saturday.
